How to request a refund
Refunds for Book Launch Ready are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at info@singingsoulbooks.com with your order number and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After 30 days
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. If you have a genuine issue — a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, or a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service — please contact us and we will work with Paddle to make it right.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback, and it avoids unnecessary fees on both sides.
